I was planning on using logos from cephasjames' collection (which are scoured from all over the web). I am also planning on adding a couple additional ones just to try to get complete coverage of OOTP's team nickname file (there are a few exotic names that OOTP will use where there isn't a corresponding logo in cephasjames' set).

Then again, if someone else releases a good, comprehensive set before I do, so much the better (I'm also open to splitting up the work with someone).

My goal is just to have a nice, clean set of logos with proper filenames that you can drop in to your logos folder and play.

Unfortunately, this would probably be beyond my skillset (at least, it would take more time for me to code than I have available). However, there are a bunch of free programs out there that might fit the bill for you.

One program I would recommend is IrfanView, which is a powerful but lightweight image editor. You can use some of the colour tools on that to adjust the R, G, and B colour levels and/or transform colours for the entire image.

If you want something more powerful, I'd recommend a program like GIMP. This is basically a free PhotoShop-like program build for GNU users. To run GIMP on a Windows machine, you will need to download an installer from here.

Other than that, there's a lot of great logo-makers and modders on these forums who might be receptive to re-colouring logos if you post them and ask nicely.

Nearly a three year absence...wow.

I always thought that "Layton is my Homeboy" was the oddest usernames.

FYI... Beta Version Soon

Just want to give a quick update. I sent cephasjames an early stage version of the program a few days ago and have been making some changes to the code based on his feedback. Today, I sent him an updated version and, unless there are any major issues identified, I will be releasing a beta version to the public in the next couple of days.

Layton, nice to see you back.

I just went though the manual effort of setting up the logos, jerseys and caps for my solo reboot last week! This would have saved me tons of time. Thanks for putting this together so I don't have to go through that effort again.

Downloaded the beta to test this out.

My God. This is amazing. The work involved in making fictional logos has always been the thing that's kept me from getting too into fictional leagues. This community is just awesome.

I've wanted to rename every logo in my collection just like this but haven't in the past because it would have been such a daunting task doing it one at a time with photoshop open. This is making it soooooo easy. When I'm done I bet won't have spent more than 7-8 hours. Before this I know it would've taken weeks or months.

Will you be updating your photobucket with the new named logos?

No more of you fiddling around with graphics programs to figure out the colors to use.

* they will have all of the hex code attached to them that will automatically imput the team colors and create uniforms with the same colors in game
