DSL/VSL Question
Does the service clock start for minor leaguers if they're in these leagues?

Also, GCL counts against service time? I thought it was anything above the complex rookie leagues (GCL/AZL). Huh, learn something new everyday. Thanks

Answer is yes. DSL/VSL DOES count towards service time in OOTP.

So I looked at this and it appears the "Time As a Professional" number changes, but not the "MLB Service Time", so that shouldn't effect their Super 2 status, arbitration time, FA time, etc. Correct?

I suppose you could always re-designate the DSL and VSL as "Winter League" instead of "Rookie League" and then just put in the right Sabermetric Player Creation Modifiers. That way it won't effect the Time as Professional, which also messes with Rule 5 eligibility.
