ratings player yourself

does anyone have a system to rate players on ootp yourself if i wanted to do a historical league starting 1871 using real players from then but fictional teams please if anyone has a way to do this..
Other Off Ratings
running speed
base running stills
stealing ability
sac bunting
bunting for hits
Other Pitcher Rating:
Endurance
Holding Runners
Ground ball%
Defensive Ratings
Infield/Outfield Range
Infield/Outfield Error
Infield/Outfield Arm
Turn Double Plays
Catcher Ability
Catcher Arm

Position Experience:

Rating For The Player Position for Just Playing One Or A Player Other Position Other Then Just One

Please Any Help Would Be Great!!!!!!!
