Handling of Expansion Teams

A real improvement to handling of Expansion Teams in the game could be the following idea:

Expansion teams can like now be created at the start of a new game or at a start of a new season. But they are NOT activated as far as taking part in scheduled games or signing players until the next season.
This would allow the GMs of the Expansion Teams to hire personnel and scout players for the upcoming Expansion and Entry Drafts.
The first "active" game action would be the Expansion Draft before the Entry Draft in June.
The new Expansion Teams would then be included in the schedule for the next season on July 1st. This is basically how it works now in the real NHL. Would be great if this might be an option for a future version of FHM.
