OOTP licenses....viatech hasnt responded

I recently had some computer problems and with the problems i ended up using up all my licenses under my ID. So I contacted Viatech and asked if they could please reset them, that was 2 weeks ago...and they havnt responded. Any ideas on what i should do next?

Have you tried to call them. They have ****ty phone hours, but it might be worth it if you call from a Cell phone(free long-distance)

For the record, I've called them in the past and haven't had any succes via that route. I've also e-mailed them twice and been ignored. However, the one time I used the support form...it was taken care of two minutes later.

I've called them in the past, and have had success, but I don't doubt that others have not. Using the supoort form seems to be the best route.
