Post Adding divisions/leagues to historical league

Help question...I started a historical league, intending to start it as a small league and then expand. Started off with one division and eight teams. The next season I added a division and two teams and moved 3 to create 2 5-team divisions in the one league. I didn't get the hoped for all-star selections or post-season. I assume this is because there's only one league.

I'd like to add another league and continue on with two 5-team leagues until I expand again. I can't find anywhere to add a league. Any thoughts on how I can do this??? Thanks!

You're correct, you didn't get the postseason of All Star games because there is only one league... on your post in the other board Steve (OOTP1) mentions that he doesn't believe you can add another league...

Sorry I didn't have better news.
