Haven't played OOTP since 2008
So, I used to be obsessed with OOTP back in the day.
I am so excited to see the game has come so far! I plan to purchase tonight. 2 quick questions: •*Do we still have the option to have all fake players? •*Are there active and involved online leagues? Thanks! |

I would say fake players are probably fictional players.

Welcome back!
The answer is yes to both questions. I myself am setting up a 16 team, 2 division fictional league set in 1946. I love this game, because you can set it up to run whatever way you want it to run. I would consider no other baseball simulation on the market over this one. I have only missed 1 (OOTP 19) since the game was released, and I am constantly learning new things as I proceed year to year. Buckle up, hours away from your life will be lost |

i thought you were referencing the "oh so athletic" actors in movies like bull durham and major league, LoL.
major league is hilarious, but you can tell that some of the actors never threw a ball in their life. |
