"Disable AI Promotion/Demotion" Removed?

I just recently upgraded from 13 to 14, it looks like the "Disable AI Promotion/Demotion" for minor league players is gone. Is that accurate? Or am I just missing it somewhere?

It's available in the "Transactions" option after you right click on the player.

What settings could cause this discrepancy.

Commissioner mode?

Oh, why not show us the drop down from transactions like my SS?

Oops never mind. A very different menu.

Yeah, tried commish and not, no difference. Mine shows up, too. No setting I'm aware of. Is the player injured? Anything unusual about him. Does it work on any others?

Nope, nothing unusual that I can see. The only thing might be Human/AI control. I [accidentally] set all teams to CPU, then back. So maybe that screwed something up.

Disabling AI promotion/demotion is a human player feature. If you have AI set to control teams then that feature is not likely to be available.

How can I go back and change just my own team to human control? Weirdly I'm the manager of the team and there's never any ai changes

Also check the player strategy screen, as it's a checkable box on that screen.
