Longest Streak

Check out the Senators winning streak.

During that time Kansas City had a 13 game losing streak.

What has everyone else seen as a long winning streak?

I had a 22-game winning streak in the most recent season of my MLB Quickstart league in 2020. Also had 17-game and 15-game streaks later in the same season.

Just found a 36-game streak in 2017 in that league, while I was hunting for grand slams to tally. I forgot that was in OOTP 14, I had thought it was still OOTP 13 when I did that one.

It would be nice if the Achievements showed the longest/best instance of an accomplishment, as opposed to the most recent. A 36-game winning streak should be captured somewhere.

Right, but the next time you cross the threshold for that achievement (15 games, I believe it is), all the detail will be about the most recent accomplishment, not the 26-game one that is superior.

Correction - You keep the detail from your first one, and your most recent one, but not the "best" one. So, if you have 3 or more of something, you can lose the best one.

This is correct regarding all streaks and I've already logged this bug. Hopefully it will be fixed for OOTP 15.

Discounting minor leagues and feeders (I've seen 60+ game streaks in feeders!) I think my record is about 35 in OOTP11 and mid-20s in OOTP14.

Ironically, my simulation is also in 1956 - and the Senators are on a 20-game *losing* streak. They're 6-36. Ouch.

Correction - it went 21 games before they broke it - they were trailing 5-2 going into the bottom of the 8th and rallied for 2 in the 8th and 2 in the 9th to finally snap it.

My 2019 White Sox just had a 23 game winning streak this year and the Endor City Capitals of the EBl had a 20.

I have a current 18 game losing streak. It's August 16 and they are 42-85, 32GB. They gave up in May, dealing their star player, along with his salary, for five minor leaguers. Over the next two months, they dealt four pitchers and an infielder, and their salaries, not getting much in return.

In July, they went 9-20. The streak began on July 28. Five of the losses were by one run.

I had an expansion team pull a 1989 orioles losing streak at beginning of season of 26 losses in a row then won 2 games then end up losing 16 more games then end up with a remarkable 64 win season
