Look, you fully support us no matter where you buy the game. We're eternally grateful for every single one of our customers, no matter how you buy the game. The only ones I look down on are those who download cracked versions of the game via BitTorrent, since they're ripping us off.

And, yes, we get a larger percentage of the sale if you buy straight from us vs. Amazon, GamersGate, Green Man Gaming, the MacGameStore, or Apple, but if you have a gift card or someone buys it for you from one of those places, great. I don't get a salary - I get paid strictly based on net profits, but I'm not going to say "Oh, you're taking money out of my pocket!" if you buy elsewhere.

Oh, and BTW: I was the one who went to Markus and Andreas and said we should start selling the game on Amazon and other places, in order to increase our visibility and hope more people stumble across us and become fans.

The bottom line is, buy the game wherever you want and we're happy with you. We all win, and you fully support us simply by making the purchase, even if it's at a discount. (We set the prices at Amazon and other places, so they can't discount from the $39.99 price unless we let them.)
