how do you change the announcer picture in the game

There was a post awhile back on how to do this.

I already did it on my old computer.When i installed OOTP 13 on my new one,after i installed the game i just copied my old game files over my new installed game..Everything worked good, except for i don't have my annoucer picture there anymore.. Thanks for any help

I forgot about searching old threads when i posted this.

Then i searched and find that thread..But i did as it said and unlike the last time this did not work this time. Maybe they'll put that feature in the game..All you have to do is change that like you do a players picture shouldn't be too hard to do.

I'll keep messing around with it, or maybe just copy and paste the files from my old computer to the new one.
