Some players' stat history corrupted

Hi,
I've got at least three players who's stat histories are corrupted. Basically, many years have been added with stat numbers that are nonsensical. When I try to look at these players further the game crashes. This situation ruins my all time batting list, but has not affected the pitching list.
Is there anything I can do to fix this (including somehow deleting these players) or am I better off reverting to a backup of my files?

Hi,
upon further investigation, it looks like all my retired players are messed up. There are the three that I mentioned and the rest of the retired players have no stats at all.

I'd just go to a previous backup. It sounds like something nasty happened and over time you'll probably just get more annoyed by it so you might as well bite the bullet now.

I'm not sure, but it sounds like things like this happen after crashes so if you ever have a crash it might be best to just immediately go to your last backup.

Hi there. I'm very sorry it's taken us so long to post an "official" reply in this thread. Still, I'd like to figure out if there is still an issue here, so we can make sure it gets taken care of for OOTP 11. Are you still experiencing this problem?
