online league team : 4 players didnt play all sim

i had them in lineup and depth. they wernt injured because they pinch hit but for whatever reason didnt start the whole 6 game sim. I dont use 7 day lineups.

Under your manager options, is the AI set to control your lineups?

Are you certain that you filled out the proper lineups (DH or no-DH as applicable)? That one trips a lot of people up.
