Buying Ootp5
Hey guys. I want to purchase OOTP5, but am ahving some trouble. Is online purchasing, the only way to buy it, or is it available in-store,maybe under another name? The reason I ask, is that being in a rural area of Australia, I only have dial-up, plus, the $35 US cost, becomes $70 when converted to Aussie dollars. I really, really want to buy a copy from somewhere,as it would make the pleasure of playing the game,so much easier etc. Please help.
Any advice or suggestions appreciated, and I can be emailed at: uziguru@tpg.com.au if anyone can help. Thanks. |

Okay, you can get the CD, but it will be an additional US $10 (AUD $15). So, it will be US $45 (AUD 68), instead of $35.

Speaking as someone from Australia who purchased OOTP5, the download method is probably the best way to make the purchase. If you buy a game on CD from the States, you have to factor in shipping costs before you even convert to Aussie dollars.
US$35 is about AUS$55. If you are worried about downloading the game on dial-up then you might want to look in to using a download manager in case you drop your connection during download. |
