Not Your Average Triple Crown

Doing a historical league, fixing the stupid stuff my team did in real life, I came across a rather...remarkable 1924 season by a notable player. He didn't just win the Triple Crown, he apparently had a fantastic time in a good offensive year in Fenway Park...

It looks like he hit 67 with a lower batting average two years earlier. He probably was tired of Boston sportswriters criticizing his homerun or bust approach.

Re-calc was using a 3-year average (double weight of current year). From 1923-1925, Ruth hit 41, 46, and 25 HRs, so 43 makes sense.

Adding to the hilarity, he won the Gold Glove for LF as well.

That's from the Bull Durham Cliche Generator module in the OOTP code, to be certain.
