Filled Ottawa and Minnesaota...updated for current openings, see team write ups below. Still early in the off-season so great time to get in and shape your team for the 2020 season. Email or PM is best way to reach me (email listed in first post).

Tampa Bay has one of the more interesting histories. They are the only team to spend every season of their existence in the Gold league (going on eight seasons as we enter 2020). Maybe even more remarkably, the team has yet to win a coveted Gold Championship. The team still has a decent group of players to build around and a good amount of financial flexibility. A new GM will need to evaluate whether the team is a FA signing or two away from a championship or if a rebuild is in order. The farm system is on the weak side so every move will be critical to the team's future success. Will the team be able to win a championship before their competitive window expires or is it time to rebuild from the ground up? The decision could be yours...

Dallas started in the Bronze League during the inaugural 2013 PBDL season but rapidly climbed the ladder behind the strong pitching of ace Noël Sicard, who is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best, pitcher in the PBDL. At only 27 years of age, Noël should have a multitude of record breaking seasons left to pitch. The team won a Gold Championship in 2015 but despite making the playoffs in every year since then (except the most recent season), the team has failed to recapture the magic in their bid to win a second Gold Championship. The team has a very strong core to build around including the likes of LF Bernard MacAusland, LF Carlos Diaz and 2B Alberto Ortiz. However, the bottom fell out in 2019 with the team finishing in last place with a .345 win percentage. The team remains financially strong with some interesting young talent, but clearly a significant re-work is needed to restore this team as a Gold contender. The Stars will begin 2020 in the Silver league and will need to regroup and develop a long term strategic vision in order for the team to capture its elusive second Gold championship.
