10 Team League - 1 division or 2?

Weekends only - single games or dbl headers?

If teams only play Sat & Sun you're looking at either 2, 3, or 4 games a week (depending if you use dbl headers or not)

For 90 games, at 2 games a week, you need 45 weeks to play your season, so about 9 months.

If you play 4 games a week (dbl headers Sat & Sun) you need 22 1/2 weeks, about 5 1/2 months.

Please clarify and I'll see what I can do for you.

Thanks for wanting to do this, i appreciate it

This particular setup is for a one division league

I would like all teams to play on saturdays and sundays, on saturday team A plays at home against team B, and on sunday B plays at home against A
so these are single games, no doubleheaders please..so the teams only play 2 games a week, i therefore use a 2 starting pitcher rotation..

Will it be a problem if the season will last for something like 9 months? There wont be postseason play offs so if the season would start somewhere in march then it would end in november??
I hope this is possible with regards to the off season..

Thanks Bluenoser.

So you're wanting home & home every weekend.

eg:
Sat Team 1 @ Team 2
Sun Team 2 @ Team 1

You're looking at a 45 week schedule, which leaves 7 weeks free per calendar year. Your season would have to start about 1 Feb and would end in early Dec.

BTW - I'm promising nothing here. I will attempt to create this schedule, but no guarantees it will work.

Thanks for trying..There should be a much more sophisticated schedule generator in v14..
