Limited teams with FTP Export Problems

We have a league that 4 teams persistently can not send up the their FTP exports. All other teams seem to work fine. Assuming the paths FTP setup page is correct , Where is the likely culprit? …. What should be checked ?

They're most likely behind a firewall which won't let them use FTP.

I would suspect that too, but I am in two leagues & I can export to one league but not the other.

It could also depend on what server you are trying to FTP to from your PC.
