Expansion Teams Not Getting Staffed
After adding an expansion team, they're given a head coach, 1 assistant and no trainer. And year after year, they never try to sign any.

I think this happened once before and it was a budget issue then, but this looks like something different - there's no hiring even when the team has lots of money available. We'll see what's going on there.

The same happens to me, except the game not only doesn't staff the team, but it doesn't hold an expansion draft. The team ends up having to stock the team with free agents.

Is that with teams that were added via the structure editor? Those don't get an expansion draft, the draft only happens if the team is added via the Expand League button on the league edit screen.

OK, that's odd. What type of league was it? Fictional or a regular modern setup? And which league did you expand?

EDIT: I expanded the league, and it did the draft. However, I can only expand by one team, so I ended up having to add teams using the league structure menu to add the other team. Last edited by WingaDinga; 11-12-2018 at 07:09 PM. |
