1994 stats and ratings
Hey guys, I was wondering if the 1994 strike was considered in the formula leading to the '94 cards ratings, ie. were stats prorated to account for the fact that almost two months of regular season were lost ?
For example, a player ending the season with 22 HR would be considered having hit 28-29 in the Power rating formula. Thanks! |

I don't believe they use totals, but per game and league context.
There are some deadball players in PT that are good power hitters because they were good power hitters for their time but the league context is that power was down league wide. So players from 1994 should be rated correctly based on the baseball that was played. |
