- prefer coaches off and scouts on. Would also love a fast pace league. These are not nonnegotiable though.

I'm a longtime OOTP online league player. I'm looking for a fictional league where I can be in full control of the draft and build the team from the ground up. Bonus points if every team has the same kind of financials to work with. I'm usually very active. Would prefer a league that uses slack.
