The PCBL is a long running fictional league in our 20th season. A very stable league with many long time GMs.

20 teams
Three minor league levels
1-10 ratings
No scouts or coaches
3 sims per week, seven days per sim (every day in the off season)
Equalized media revenue
Cash max $25 million
Using Getch's utilities
OOTP14 moving to 15 this spring

We are in September of our 24th season, and two GMs have let me know that they will not be able to continue after this season:

Las Vegas -- running a distant second in the Pacific Division, but a shot at a wildcard. Lots of hitting, not much pitching, in good shape financially, minor league talent medium

Mount Airy -- third in the Atlantic, and a few games out of the wildcard. About average in hitting and pitching. A couple highly rated prospects, although they are both centerfielders.

This is a fictional league with no scouts. We sim 7 days at a time during the season, three sims a week.

Shoot me an email if you are interested in taking over one of these teams at the close of the season (about a week and a half).

Las Vegas has found a GM.

Mount Airy remains unclaimed as we go to the playoffs, and Philadelphia just became vacant this morning, too.

Philly finished just under .500 this year. Good homerun production, above average offense overall, below average pitching and defense. They have quite a few decent prospects in the pipeline.

New Mt. Airy GM had to back out due to a computer meltdown, so once again we are looking to fill that vacancy.

Mid-season, and we have two vacancies. Both are fixer-uppers.

Las Vegas has some power to work with. Mt. Airy has one of the better groups of prospects in the league. Both will have great draft picks next season, and both are financially solid.

Time for spring training!

Mt Airy found its new GM, but we have other vacancies -- Columbus, Mexico City, possibly a couple others.

This is our last season in OOTP 14, we'll move to 15 for 2019. A great league for those who prefer not to use scouting.
