GM/Coach improvement

I know in the PtG mode you receive points to apply to yourself as the GM and or coach. But how do you improve in the sandbox mode?
There did not seem to be that screen to show how many points you can use to apply to your skills.

You have to edit your stats by using the comissioner mode. You can enable it on the manager or the game menu.

Oh so there wont be any improvement yearly and will stay at "5" forever unless you edit the attributes.

yeah :/ thats why imo PtG is better
