team full of Unknowns

I just beat a team that had only Jim Unknown on it. I'm wondering how will this be handled? I understand that teams are supposed to remain indefinitely, but a team full of nobodies feels a bit odd and will give everyone playing them a better chance to earn extra PP.

I assume that's what happens when players sell up all of their cards...

It is probably a team that did not open their packs.

Actually, they did open their packs, but they either sold all of their players (their roster has no one on it) or maybe they got banned? Would a ban empty their roster?

I'd report the team so it can be investigated.

There's no option to report a team with no players. So instead, I just reported it as cheating, figuring they'd immediately see the problem. But, I can't help but think they are monitoring for such things, so probably reporting this isn't necessary?

How do you know they opened their packs? You can't sell below 30 cards.

I went to the team page and looked at the reports for batters and pitchers and they're filled with players. It looks like they acquired some players after the initial pack opening (unless they just got lucky).

If it's true they can't sell below 30 cards, then maybe they got banned? It would be interesting to hear from the devs how on this works.

It looks like there is a hole that does allow your active roster to go below. I was working against the timer, but pretty confident I could have gone further.

Edit - I can, and logged it.
