OOTP 19 Neutralized Stats

I just set up a Random Debut Historical League starting in 1946 with Neutralized Stats. About 2/3 of the players are rated 5 stars. Al Kaline had normal real life stats but looking under his neutralized stats it shows over 1700 lifetime HR's.

Other players neutralized stats are very weird: Rod Carew shows only 484 career hits and 1132 HR's. Either something is very wrong with the game's neutralized stats or I set something up wrong.

This is OOTP 19.

Kaline newts only have 437 HR's so I might suppose random debut with newts has issues of one kind or the other.

Does that mean it is a bug that can be corrected?

Only the development team could say for sure but looking in from the cheap seats I would expect so.
