1.6.2 Bug?
How is it that Martin Brodeur won the MVP with only playing 16 games and not putting up stellar numbers??? Also, why is Rookie of the Year blank?
Here are Marty's stats from the year he won the MVP: Clearly not MVP worthy. |

Strange, with the way the game calculates goalie MVP credentials, those stats should be the equivalent of a fringe skater who was in and out of the lineup. There was an issue back in pre-1.6.2 testing with freakishly high relative Corsi numbers making MVP's out of skaters who'd only played a game or two, so I'm wondering if there's something like that going on there, but I can't see an obvious way for it to happen. Was the game started before or after the new patch?
Rookie of the Year isn't awarded at the moment. There are some issues with implementing it for leagues that don't have complete player histories yet, so it's being held out until there's a workaround for those, probably in the match engine patch. |
