am new to OOTP and just purchased the latest version. I am attempting to start a season with the Winnipeg Goldeyes of the American Association and was hoping to use actual rosters. Is there a way to do this or import into the game? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

The Indy Rosters are always very fluid this early in the season, and especially now with everything on hold due to CV19. I can tell you that all of the Indy rosters are kept as close to up to date based on the press releases from the teams and leagues, so the Goldeyes should have the right guys on their roster based on who they have announced is signed for the 2020 season.

Note that you may have the latest version of the game, but the rosters do change and some guys who may have signed since the version you have will not be on the roster in the game but are updated in the database and would be released with the next update that includes a roster update, but you would have to start a new game to get those changes.

If you see someone that is not on the roster in your game, they usually are in there, just search for them and you can edit them on Commish mode to add them to your roster.
