Gambo and T_Wil1 Photopack

Looking for an image of Dee Miles in Sox garb, and I'm wondering whether the guy on the bottom row, 2nd from right (seated) might be him...looks a bit like him. Anyone have the key to this team shot?

Found this image of Bill Rodgers in the Boston Globe from 6/7/15. He was purchased from Portland of the PCL on 6/4 and joined the team in time to appear in both games of a double header in Boston against the White Sox on that same date. I'm thinking the "sold" date may be off, or else he was already on his way east before the deal was done. In any event, even though he was just signed I do think this likely shows him in his Boston home uni - he played for Cleveland earlier in the year, and it certainly isn't a Cleveland jersey. Could it be Portland? Possible...but since he arrived on on the 4th and this was published on the 7th, I'm thinking (hoping?) it actually shows him with Boston.

An article in the Oregon Journal, which was a Portland Newspaper, on 6/4 said that the Portland team had accepted the Red Sox offer for Rodgers and it was believed that Rodgers was already in Boston. Rodgers had not yet signed a contract with the Red Sox, but if it was accurate that he was already in Beantown, there was certainly ample time for him to don a Red Sox uniform and be photographed in it before 6/7. The negotiations between Portland and the Red Sox over Rodgers had begun as early as May 26, when a headline stated "Bill Rodgers To Go To Boston."

The image here was posted by tnfoto a few days ago in response to my request. I'm wondering if this is really Sammy Vick, as Sammy never caught a game in the majors, and, from the attached portrait, I don't see a resemblance.

1921 Red Sox...from current RMY auction

Back of photo says 1920 Washington Senators but uni is hidden and the hat doesn't match. He was with the 1919 STL Cardinals, but he is wearing a hat which seems to match the hat that the 1920 Cardinals wore so I'm guessing he didn't make the team that year. Anyway it is the only photo of him I could find in a Uniform...from current RMY auction.

My computer is so overloaded with photos that I'm not interested in downloading the Facepack, so I don't know what's currently depicted for Boggs. The photo below comes from the Boston Globe of Sept. 5, 1928, and I've tried to lighten his face as much as possible to show the features.
