FAQ on personality traits?

Anyone have an explanation on some of the more ambiguous personality traits and what they affect?

Adaptability
Handle success/failure

I know adaptability works with work ethic to give you sparkplugs, but what is the difference between a 50 and 200 adaptable player? Learn new positions?

As for the handle ones. I know low critic gives outspoken in conjunction with below avg IQ and high controversy & All above 140 with a leadership over 100 gives prankster but how does a low success/failure differ from high?

All good questions, but all I really want is a way to search for personality types. I need a funnyman on my team, and I'm reduced to clicking on random players, drilling down on their profiles one at a time.

Captain: Very High Leadership Ability, High Loyalty, High Intelligence and/or High Work Ethic

Fan Favorite: Low Greed, High Loyalty, High Intelligence, High Work Ethic

Prankster: High Leadership Ability, High Loyalty, Moderately High or High Greed, Moderately High or High Work Ethic and Intelligence, Moderate Controversy, High Handle Success, Failure, and Critics

Sparkplug: High Work Ethic, High Intelligence, Low Greed, Low Controversy:


Humble: High Loyalty, High Work Ethic, Low Desire for Winner, Low Greed


Outspoken: Very High Controversy, Low Intelligence, Low Handle Critics
