Lahman Database import problem
I have the most current version of the Lahman Database (Text version, not Access) and I'm having a problem. I went in and adjusted some player stats for importing. The edited batters worked like a charm and their stats imported with no problems whatsoever, but the edited pitchers cause OOTP3 to crash. It doesn't matter what I try, as soon as I edit a pitcher's stat, it seems to corrupt the file. Separate from OOTP the database works fine. It accepts the edited numbers, saves, and reloads without any problem. It's only when I use it to import pitchers into OOTP that there's a problem. Why do the batters work fine, but not the pitchers?
Has anyone else run into this problem and, if so, how did you fix it? |

Are you editing the "master" file or the hitting and pitching files. The game imports from the "master" file, if I am thinking clearly.
