when I was deleteing other files and deleted the DATA files what do I do

I have some Unix and some Windows experience, and sometimes I cannot distinguish the two. I'm not sure I know how you did whatever you did that "fully deleted" the files - clearing out the recycle bin or doing something from a command line maybe?

If you did lose them completely like that, I don't have any help to offer. Maybe a system restore could sort of take you back in time to where you still have those files, but I do not know much anything about that process so only mention the possibility and do not suggest it.

I deleted it so it would not go in the recycle bin
