I really like the round logos you're doing. Something about round logos just says "baseball". And round logos look great in OOTP as well, depending on which skin one is using.

Just use it as a possible alternate minor league team or something in the MLB Cardinals organization, or perhaps a baseball team affiliated with the football team before it moved to St. Louis in 1960, then, EC. Or maybe use it for one of your dynasty leagues, real or not. I probably would do so, or might, with some version of OOTP, whether it's 18, 19, 20, or whatever. CD out.

So I look at it as a bit of a homage to them. |

Actually, Racine, Wisconsin, I believe, as an athletic club, if memory serves. CD out.

Here's a little bit of history: In 1947, the NFL standardized on a 12-game season. This would be the most celebrated year in Cardinals history as the team went 9-3, beating Philadelphia in the championship game 28–21 with their "Million Dollar Backfield", which included quarterback Paul Christman, halfback Charley Trippi, halfback Elmer Angsman, and fullback Pat Harder... but the Cardinals were terrible in the 50s... hence the relocation was justifiable . Paul Christman was a very good football color analyst in the 1960s and maybe 1970s on television. Last edited by Eugene Church; 05-29-2019 at 01:57 PM. |
