Tatis Jr. Live Card Positional Training

I am not sure if this is intended or not, but my Tatis Jr. Live card will not train up higher than a 19 rating at 3B. This seems very strange as he has a 55 SS rating with a decent arm so he should train up decently well at 3B. He has been stuck at the 19 3B rating for about 10-15 games now. Any help or clarification would be appreciated, thanks!

Here is a link to some images displaying the ratings.

Although the devs haven't acknowledged this, several people have picked up on the pattern of younger players training much slower than veterans. Tatis, at 20, certainly fits this mold. It will be a long climb.

FWIW, my Tatis Jr. currently has a 28 rating at 3B after starting 44 games there. Definitely a slow process. Him being batter of the month in April has helped me not care all that much.
