Problem with Detroit Challange

I just compleated the Red Wings Challange, but did not get the achivment for it does anybody know why. Only thing I did was that I saved a new File every year because i ****ed up to resigne once on a previous attempte.

Just to be clear, did it tell you that you succeeded but you didn't get the achievement, or you didn't get any acknowledgement at all that you'd succeeded? What years did you win the 3 cups in?

Just completed the Detroit challenge guys. Unfortunately there is a little bug with that achievement, I had to win 4 cups to accomplish the challenge.
