Additions to trading?
Two things I would love to have added to make trading more user friendly would be: 1) A choice to have an instant response, rather than waiting a day or two would be nice (since I have no patience!), and 2) A "make this work now" option, to see what players or picks would be acceptable to the trading partner.

Yeah the trading in this game is terrible. I have no idea how people actually claim they exploit the AI because I can't make any deal unless I get ripped off. The one line where it says this team has a weakness is garbage and never works. You offer players and you are offered nothing. Place on the trade block and nobody is ever interested. The trading is the weakest part of this game and makes it nearly unplayable for me. I am sure people will say I am wrong and its realistic, blah blah but its a game and it needs to be easier to accomplish something even if the price is high sometimes. But when you can't even acquire a 4th line player, its just silly. Granted, I need more time in this version but last version was similar and I see no improvement. It does need some of the ootp baseball feel. JMO.

I'd like to be able to specify what I want in return when shopping a player. Like in EHM where I could say "draft picks" for example.
