Farm Teams

Alright, so I'm still playing my NHL 2015/16 season (although I am just starting the 16/17 pre-season). One thing I noticed is that I have only limited influence on my farm teams. Is there some way to make them play the players I want, in the positions I want?

Trying to develop a couple of important players, but the AHL coach insists on playing them on the 3rd or 4th line.. and in one case for some reason kept changing a C to a D.

I even tried moving players to the ECHL in hopes of forcing the AHL team to play those certain players, and they'd just bring them back. Growl!

Halp? Is there anything I can do?

under the "MANAGER" tab, select "Basics". To the bottom left you will see "Select Team" - change it to the AHL affiliate, and then change all below from Assistant to Yourself. You can do this with the AHL, but not the ECHL.
