o Federal International Baseball Association (FIBA) is a baseball simulation league made up of fictional teams and players that uses the Out of The Park Baseball series .

o FIBA is made up of two leagues: 1. North American Baseball Association based in the United States (8 teams) & 1. The Far East Baseball Empire based in Japan (8 Teams). In the future we are open to expanding new leagues in the Caribbean and Europe if there is a demand for it.

o Players are drafted into their regional league but can travel overseas via Free Agency or Trade.

o At the end of the season the champion of each league plays in a true World Series!
