Just the alternate and cap logos are new.

The Aberdeen IronBirds (Single A-Orioles) will have new logos and wordmark for 2013.

the independent Pecos league has changed some of thier teams logos as well as expanded by 3 teams

1. the White Sands Pup Fish has changed thier logo
2. the trinidad triggers have changed thier logo
3. the rudoso osos are moving to raton

the new teams are
Las Vegas (NM) Train Robbers
Pecos Biils
taos Blizzard which was originally planned for last year but came into existance starting 2013

My first try....circular logos seem to be easy...it's elongated script that proves to be a problem for me. If I could could really learn to do any type of logo, I'd do them all.
