Dynamic Prospects Question

I'm in an online league that recently switched to dynamic ratings but they aren't working like I remember in previous leagues. I remember them being ranked on all prospects, 1-100 and updating as the season went along.

I can't see the settings because I'm not commish but now it's rated differently. Every AAA player I have is ranked as #2, every single A player is rated as #4, everyone player in my rookie league is ranked as #6.

What setting does my commish have to change to get it just ranked 1-100 top prospects?

global setting will have the setting for annual vs dynamic prospect lists.

as far as fixing it?

maybe re-run osa and human scouting. it's a function on the main League Settings page. advancing a day might do it, too. maybe just changing the setting for the prospects and advancing a day will fix it... if there's any reason to avoid a re-scout.

use the online manual if you cannot find either.

if this happens at the same time during the season - possibly same calendar date, possibly same 'days' relative to opening day - maybe it just doens't do them during that time period? so, before doing anything more drastic, make a backup and sim ahead and see if all is good (the commish).

i don't really look at them, so i have no info to give on it.
