Some uniforms not showing up in game

Hi, everybody.

I've created a custom league, and I'm using some of the jerseys that have been posted in this thread. Some of them are showing up in the game with no problems, but others aren't appearing.

I've downloaded the Providence Reds, Hamilton Dukes, and St. Michael's Majors, but they didn't appear properly. Do any of you have any reason why some would work, while others do not?

St. Micheal's is likely a naming issue. The game does not recognize periods in a name (requires a second underscript I believe). Not sure what happens in regards to apostrophes.

Thanks, lsedelyod. I figured that might be the problem with St. Michael's. It shouldn't be an issue with Providence or Hamilton, though.

So far, I've had no problems with seven teams, so I have the basic procedure right.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I decided to create a new game and re-load the jerseys from scratch. All of them worked perfectly except for St. Michael's, which makes me think I'm not accounting for the period or the apostrophe correctly.

I discovered that it helps to load the jerseys into your saved game's graphics/jersey_pics folder before you finish creating your manager profile. That way, the game hasn't generated jerseys for the teams yet.

I also discovered that if you rename a team in the middle of your game, and try to add a jersey for the new team, the game doesn't seem to want to use it.

Yes, this is key and can save a lot of headache.
