Minor league managers not managing

I have my preferences set to have my minor league managers set my minor league lineups, and have my assistant GM handle minor transactions, but they are not doing so. For instance, when a minor leaguer is injured, the assistant gm is not putting him on the DL. Is there a setting I may have missed? Has anybody seen this and fixed? I think I changed it after the season started, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I don't think changes are made immediately. You have to sim at least 1 day and then you should notice changes. If you aren't seeing changes in lineups and roster after simming one complete day, then there is something else wrong and more info will be needed.
