Following Mr. Hockey - A Tribute to Gordie Howe

As a tribute to Gordie Howe, one of the greatest to ever lace 'em up, I'm going to do a little dynasty following his career. I'll start in the 1946-47 season, and just simulate, allowing the computer to do what it will. I'll follow Gordie's career and see how he fares.

RIP Mr. Hockey.

Regular Season Notes
- 18 year old Gordie Howe is 3rd on the Wings depth chart for RWs, behind Fern Gauthier and Ed Bruneteau. He starts the pre-season on the 3rd line with Pat Lundy in the middle, and Ted Lindsay on the left.

- Through 7 pre-season games, Howe scores 2 goals and 1 assist, and is a -3 (56 GR).

- At the start of the season, Howe is still on the 1st line with Roy Conacher on the left, and Sid Abel down the middle. He's also on the 1st PP unit.

- Through 30 games, Howe has 6 goals and 7 assists. He's picked up 29 PIM, and has a 61 GR. He scored a goal in his first NHL game against the Toronto Maple Leafs in a 5-2 loss. He had his first multi-goal game against the Montreal Canadiens on November 11th in a 2-1 win.

- Howe is demoted to the second line, playing with Lindsay and Billy Taylor for the second half of the season.
