Looking for leagues

Looking for some leagues such as:

1) A real league or two (One with San Francisco)
2) Fictional League (open)

also if someone has the webspace some where. I can run a league for everyone as well.

I can't do it do to time constraints, but he was all ears for what I had in mind.

thanks for the info...ill be contacting them tomorrow. Will debate with them over a league style. Dont mind real but i think i have an awesome fictional idea. Been working on this project for a while.

SIDE NOTE - Any real ootp15 leagues starting or a good fictional league?
