Turn off arrows on roster screen??
Does anybody know if you can turn off the arrows on the rosters and transactions screen?? To clarify I mean the arrows that indicate if a player should move up a level or be demoted. I would rather it be more realistic so I can decide to promote or demote based on performance and make mistakes like IRL. Thanks in advance to anyone who knows if there is a way.

I think another question though might be what exactly are these indicators meant to represent, in terms of real life baseball?
I guess I've always seen them as more your development team's (coaches, scouts, etc.) suggestions based upon what they are seeing. Which in terms of process anyway is quite realistic. These decisions are generally made with a good deal of team input even if the ultimate decision is in one person's hands. How accurate are they? Should you take them as gospel? I can't really tell you. Probably depends a lot upon the skills of those evaluating them in your organization and the resources you have invested in that area. I mostly ignore them, though I figure they can give me some small indication that I might need to look at a particular player more closely and evaluate my earlier decision. So my advice to you, ignore them. Mistakes will be made either way and good things will happen too. So have fun and play it your way.
