When do fictional Players Show Up.
I am running my 3rd Season in OOTP XX. I do not use live. I have had 3 drafts.When will fictional players start to be in the draft. Or are they already. What happens when I upgrade to 21, and keep the same league?

Fictional player have probably already started getting drafted since the first year as well as added through the international free agents getting posted at the beginning of free agency

The question, I believe, is whether the upgrade to OOTP21 will add nonfictional players to the draft pool or otherwise change it. The answer is "no". The draft pool will start from the same place that it ended in the prior version.
