Can't Access 3D Ballpark Edit Screen

This is what I'm getting. Never seen this before. Happens even when day is finished. Started happening since last patch....

Ya..I posted about it, then I got this comment about it. "oh..well then you're not supposed to edit during game"...Actually yes..I have before. The last patch undid that.

Correct. Especially makes no sense when in commissioner mode. Plus, as stated, it's not allowing ballpark edit even when the day is finished.

The last beta patch (20.4.40) seems to have cleared this up. I'm now able to edit ballparks after finishing the day. Thanks.
