Game stuck based on salary cap calculation

My game is currently stuck because it says I am below the Salary Cap floor, it will not let me advance. I was not below the salary cap the previous day in the game and the only change I can see is that many players have gone on international duty. I am definitely not below the salary cap floor in reality.

FWIW, I have tried calling up extra players but the salary cap is not changing.

Hmm, the game is supposed to avoid counting international duty guys against the cap hit (so you can replace them), but not against the floor. And it definitely should be counting the callups, that's very strange. We'll check to see what it's doing, but it may be helpful to have you upload the save in case it's some unusual set of circumstances that's causing it to behave like this.

What do you need from the save game? The whole folder or some specific files from inside that folder?

I have the exact same issue and i'm saved up until the deadline. i'm trying to look for commissioner mode to edit it and can't find anything.

Fixed in the new update, cap hits for players on INT status are now counted against the cap floor.

That said, it's not really fixed in the way you think.

It's just arbitrarily setting my Salary Cap floor to $54M (the minimum) so I can advance the game, but not calculating it accurately based on actual salaries

Doesn't matter to me at this point, I can play again, so it's fine. I just wonder if it would allow me to get away with Salary Cap shenanigans if I thought hard enough about it, since I imagine I could have as much salary as I want right now.

I think that's actually the temporary fix if a save already has the problem when it's loaded. It should revert back to the correct number eventually, probably the next July 1. But the underlying problem that created the situation, the INT guys not counting, has also been fixed.
