Sortable stats Mod

I modified the default template files so that sortable tables (ratings & stats) show up in the out-of-game html pages.

I have tested them with firefox and they seem to work fine. Here are some examples.

Team Page
Rookie Draft Report
Stats Page
Player Ratings Report

To use, unzip the template files into your ootp templates directory. It will overwrite the original tpl files, so back them up first. this only has to be done one time. now (after the leagues export) just create a folder in your leagues directory and name it "scripts" and place the sorttable.js file (included in the zip) into it.

the sorttable.js file is the same one that installs with the game, I just changed one of the lines so that stats descend when clicked. This works best for most stats, so you get the higher value on top.
