Strictly 1800s off_field_injuries.txt

Inspired by Satchel's http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...uries-mod.html, I have created an off-field injuries file that will work well in the early 1800s, mid 1800s and late 1800s. No mentions of Little League, partying at clubs, etc.

If a player were bit by a rabid dog in the 1800's, he would not have been out for six days, he died.

Good point. I was looking for "interesting diseases" to put into the file, but I was cautious to avoid things that would have amounted to a death sentence 100+ years ago.

That was in the original file, but I didn't consider the rabid part. I'll change it to make the dog non-rabid.
