Mixed-up Boxers in TB2013

Is anyone using TB2013?

If you are, have you tried creating/adding new boxers? Have you noticed these guys suddenly becoming someone else when you try to match them? This is happening to me with alarming frequency but it seems to be only happening with new boxers. I gave up trying to use The RFG tool a long time ago. Too buggy. I've been taking existing fighter files and overwriting them to create new ones. This should work, but it doesn't always.

Case in point. Here are two files I've exported from my game. When I re-import them they become two different characters. Try them and see what you get.

In my game Clay Washington replaces Adolf Kleinholdermann and Hans Kupsch replaces Don Jasper. I've tried altering the files within the game but it does no good. Oddly enough, two files from the other day exported as different names from the originals. I figure it has to do with my taking my original 2.0 universe, transferring it to 2.5 and then transferring that to TB2013.
